The first time we've been back here in many years and it's just as fantastic as we remember! We went back for my birthday and were treated from the moment we got in. Jubilant birthday wishes from both our amazing server (Cassidy) and the diligent store owner (Tony) the moment they heard it was my birthday. Cassidy helped guide us through the plentiful menu options and was very patient with us when we were still sorting out what we wanted. Our drinks, and fondue pots for each course of the meal, were all prepared by her. Every single thing served up was delicious! Cassidy was not only incredibly helpful, but also just an absolute joy to be in the company of. It was also nice that Tony was being so considerate with some check-ins of his own. We had a nice relaxing evening of fantastic food, drink, and service. And I was given a little extra birthday surprise with our dessert fondue course (pictured below). We'll definitely try to make our way back here more often. Especially since you can easily customize your dinning experience to your appetite as needed. Melting Pot always hits the spot. As frequent flyers here today the service with Gina was absolutely incredible. 10/10 friendly, 10/10 smile, 10/10 knowledgeable about the menu and shared her favorites. Also, she mentioned happy hour and the benefits of coming to happy hour at the bar! As a consultant for businesses and training people to deliver top customer service experiences. She was perfect. Gina's level of service is what trainings should be based upon.

My fiancé and I spent Valentine’s Day here for their special event and it was fantastic! Food was amazing and our server Mario was incredible, very attentive and very helpful and kind! He made our experience there so much more enjoyable! 10/10 recommend this place!

I just had my birthday dinner here last night, and it was phenomenal. From the service to the food, everything was above and beyond. My boyfriend made a reservation for my birthday, and the experience was truly breathtaking. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to for celebrations, this place made me feel incredibly special on my special day. A huge thank you to our waiter, Mario!!! He was the best and truly knows what he’s doing. He gave us great recommendations and was so sweet and attentive throughout the night. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a more one-on-one, intimate experience for a birthday or celebration. They decorated our booth with roses and even gave me a mini vase of roses along with a box of chocolates and flowers to take home 🥹. Thank you for making my night one I’ll never forget!
